Upon putting in the appID and appSecret to connect this plugin, I get this error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Facebook in /home/content/09/9149609/html/rafflesians/wp-content/plugins/wp-fb-autoconnect/facebook-platform/php/facebook.php on line 37

I do have the official Facebook for WordPress plugin installed. Not sure if that might have caused this.

Any idea how to fix it?

Yes, that’s what’s causing it. The “official” plugin is coded in a way such that it conflicts with nearly every other Facebook-related plugin (i.e. Facebook Photo Fetcher, Wordbooker, etc).

Btw, support for THIS plugin is here: https://www.justin-klein.com/projects/wp-fb-autoconnect

    Thank you.

So is there a way to work around it? If not, I guess I need to uninstall the official Facebook plugin? If that’s the case, do you know of another plugin that would play nice with WP-FB-Autoconnect that would have the features similar to the official FB plugin?

It could probably be worked around by modifying their plugin, but that’s obviously not something I support.

Not sure what features you’re trying to use, but I know mine can work with most other FB plugins – i.e. facebook photo fetcher, wordbooker, and at least 2 of the Facebook Comments plugins (if configured properly – i.e. with the same API key, and making sure only one plugin outputs the FB init code on a given page).

Again though, that level of personal site customization/configuration is really up to you.
