[Plugin: WP-FB-comments] Spam blocking?

I had this plugin live for a few days and a few spam comments came through. Not sure how though. First the comment showed up on my facebook page, a while later it showed up on my website, and the author was me?!

Might it be possible the comment was spammed on my website, and before akismet pulled it, it was synced to facebook with fb-comment? And then fb-comment synced it back to my website outside akismets control or something?
