[Plugin: WP-Filebase Download Manager] Blank window showing on page

  • Hi,
    I posted this in response to someone else having the same problem but their issue says resolved so I am not sure anyone will look at that thread.

    When I go to a page in my site and click on the WP-Filebase Icon a blank screen pops up. I have the plugin installed on a test site (same wp version and other plugins) and it works fine there (screen pops up with the ability for me to add a file).

    Tried this in Firefox Safari and Chrome with the same result.
    Can’t figure out why this is happening.

  • Hi, did you get any clue on how to workaround this? I have the same problem. Everytime I try to get into the WP-Filebase menu I get a blank page.

    This is probably a memory issue. Try the update 0.2.9.36, this lowers memory consumption. Also try to disable other plugins or ask your hosting provider to increase the PHP memory limit.

    Finally I had to do both. Just updating didn’t work out. But after updating I increased php memory limit and it solved the problem. Thanks a lot! You really saved me.
