[Plugin: WP-Filebase Download Manager] Blank windows when trying to insert tags using the editor but

  • Hi.
    First thank you very much for this very helpful plugin.
    I have a problem with it as described in the post title. I’v tested the plugin in localhost working wordpress and it’s working, but in my live website it’s not.
    Here is a pic of the problem:

    I’m using it in an Arabic website, and when I asked help from the support team of my webhosting, they ask me to ask the plugin developper for functions and setting the plugin needs to work. So please anyone has an idea about this problem?

    Whats your webserver setup? Windows/Linux, PHP Version?
    There are others having the same issue, however I could not reproduce this on my test systems.

    Thanks for you replay.
    It’s a Linux server with PHP 5.2.17 version.
    The server doesn’t display any wp-filebase error in the log file, and the wordpress debug mode also.
    Hope you find a fix to this.

    I just want to thank you because the problem is solved in the latest version. Tanks so much.

    I am having the same exact issue and I have the latest version of the plugin. I have it working on a test site (screen shows ability to add a file as expected) but on the actual site I am building it is not working (blank screen). Neither of these are local installs.
    Please help.

    I am running WordPress version 3.3.2 on both the test site and actual site.

    Does the AJAX file browser work?

    In admin area if I click on WP-Filebase and then click on new file I am able to upload files both through the flash uploader and the browser uploader. When I go to an individual page and try and use the wysiwyg button I get a blank screen.
