[Plugin: WP-Filebase Download Manager] Fatal error when syncing

This is an awesome plugin,I just have the following problem when trying to sync large files (150-200MB), I receive the following error:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 68736469 bytes) in /home/xxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-filebase/extras/getid3/module.archive.gzip.php on line 45

I have set:
php.ini to
memory_limit = 64M
post_max_size = 300M
max_input_time = 3600
and
.htaccess file within within the public_html folder to: suPHP_ConfigPath /home/xxx/public_html

Is this an error with the plugins script?
