[Plugin: WP-Filebase Download Manager] Upload file widget permission

Hi, great plugin, thanx.
I’ve the following troubles:
1) I need to give the possibility to upload a file into a restricted article (with password) by upload widget to all the logged users of my blog, i.e. subscribers or collaborators and so on.
If I set the admin permission to an user, the upload widget appears on my widget bar, otherwise the user is unable to have the upload form to upload a file.
I tried to set the default user roles but no results!
