[Plugin: WP Flash Uploader – WFU] Was working, now it’s not

    I was excited about your plugin since I have not been able to use the Flash uploader on a number of my sites for a couple of years now.

    (Note: The uploader while posting still works on some of my other sites, which are on the same server, which leads me to believe there is an issue with one of my plugins. However, I’ve tried deactivating the plugins on the sites where the uploader doesn’t work, but this did not correct the issue.)

    Anyway, your plugin seemed to be working yesterday after I activated it, but today it’s not. Specifically, when trying to upload a photo through a post, the “Choose files to Upload” appears momentarily, then quickly disappears.

    Not sure it would work yesterday, but not today. Puzzling. I did upgrade to WP 2.9, so perhaps that’s the problem.

    Any ideas what the problem might be?

  • What browser you using? What version of Flash? Are you running Windows? What version of wordpress do you have installed? Is it hosted on IIS or Apache or something else? What system policy is in place on your pc?

    I have not tested WFU with 2.9 – I will do this in the next few days and check if there are any problems with it.
    I’ll update it if needed.

    WFU is now compatible to WordPress 2.9.1.

    Please try the current version.
