[Plugin: wp-forecast] Change widget Title

First off, I LOVE this plug-in. It’s exactly what I needed!
Currently, it has the words, “The Weather” as the title in my sidebar. I want to change it to read, “Conditions”. I’ve looked in all the plug-in files and I can’t seem to find where to change this.
Where am I able to change the title?
