    If you experience any issues with accessing your sitemap page, try changing the name/slug in your settings. Although WP HTML Sitemap does not appear to have any conflicts with other plugins, we have noticed issues accessing the HTML sitemap page if it is set to ...wordpress_doc_root/sitemap. This has particularly been the case when XML sitemaps are being created (for example by Google XML Sitemaps plugin or Yoast’s SEO plugin) and put into the WP document root folder.

    The WP HTML Sitemap options have been updated to set this to ...wordpress_doc_root/html-sitemap by default in order to avoid any issues.
