[Plugin: Wp-Insert] Sidebar tower ad not displaying on individual posts

On my site (noahsdad.com) I am getting the sky scrapper ad on the home page, but not on the individual posts. I am using the wp-insert widget.
Can anyone help me out. (It’s the sky scrapper add that appears at the bottom of the side bar.)
