[Plugin: Wp-Insert] Theme & Plugin Syntax Highlighter not deactivating

Hi,
I activated the Syntax Highlighter for themes and plugins. Now I want to de-activate this feature. I click “deactivate” then “Save Changes” but still it is active.I’m using WP 3.0.1. Please let me know how to fix this.
