[Plugin: WP Keyword Link] errors with import

installed program and loved it. then i followed their sample export and created a file to import. i did already have keywords in it. then it imported but i get errors showing on site about line of code. i try to delete the keywords but can’t. the batch delete button isn’t showing. i try uninstalling and then reinstalling but still same file. i finally had to remoe and am looking for other program to do same thing. i sent them email over a week ago and no reply. sent one again today and haven’t heard yet.
