[Plugin: WP Maintenance Mode] Custom Role can't see Frontend

    Sorry, figured out, that it has something to do with Capability “manage_categories”.

    Turning it off, turns off the ability to see frontend for this Role.

    Looks like a bug.

    Best practice in wordpress style would be to have Capability like “see_frontend_in_maintenance”. Then it is possible to set it for any Role, who can see and who can’t.

    the current way is, that I would not add a capability to all roles.
    But, yes, this is right and maybe a solution for a later release.
