[Plugin: WP Maintenance Mode] WP maintenance mode and Backup buddy

I loaded wp maintenance mode worked great thank you for that. I deactivated and deleted the plugin. The problem is now when I run backup buddy plugin scan for malware it shows that the script from wp maintenance is malware.
can someone help resolve the issue please?
