[Plugin: WP Minify] Are changes permanent?

Can someone tell me if WP Minify will PERMANENTLY change the code structure of anything in my blog? (this plugin here: https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/wp-minify/)

Also, will it interfere with DB Cache Reloaded or Hyper Cache?
