[Plugin: WP Minify] Conflict with Frontpage Slider (jquery) and Facebook fan box

WP minify prevents the frontpage slider plugin from rendering.
It is a plugin which creates an animated slideshow of post pictures (see it on my home page https://www.fotocomefare.com) and if I activate js minification its javascript code does not work. I tried to put the names of the js files in the exception text box still exists.
Moreover, at a certain point also the facebook fan box didn’t work.

The author of Frontpage Slideshow told me it happens because his js files are already minified.
What can I do?
