[Plugin: WP Minify] Kills .js functionality.

Hello. When I enable the wp-minify – it minifies and combines my .css and .js. But the fact is that just after it was enabled – all my .js stops working – no lightbox, no audioplayer, no spoiler etc…
What’s wrong?…
