[Plugin: WP Minify] Minification caching?

Link to css file became to https://site.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-minify/min/?f=wp-content/themes/default/style.css&m=1297672594
So this is a request for minification of https://site.com/wp-content/themes/default/style.css
The question is, does it minify css for each visitor, or makes a cached file on ftp and gives it to the user?
