• Well, my blog is a bit Image Heavy to say the least. I’ve been using different types of minification plugins, but they all seem to break my site… including this one.

When I tell the program to compress and join my css & javascript files… it completely gets rid of them and my site becomes nothing but an unorganized mess of text and pictures. Is there something I can do with my blog so that minification will work?

I had the same problem when I tried WP Minify today. Does anyone know the answer?

Unfortunately, plugins like this that attempt to minify all of your css and/or js could possibly break your site due to the way those files are coded. You may have to figure out which files should not be minified and go from there. The more js and css files you have loading, the more chances of something breaking. You could also try excluding all css files.

I only use this plugin on sites that don’t have many js and css files. Otherwise it’s just too much work to deal with.

Even with “Combine but not minify” option selected, this is one stupid plugin. Only 400 error.

The author should do something about this crap.
