[Plugin: WP Minify] Seems like not working. Same as prev file list/size.

Though I know it is working in many sites but seems to me in my WordPress 3.4.1 with NewsTimes Magazine3 theme its not working. I did use the recommended settings but the output what I am getting isn’t the one I expected. Please fix it.
