[Plugin: WP Missed Schedule Fix Failed Posts] Publishing ahead of schedule
-
I’m having issues with the WP Missed Schedule plugin publishing posts *before* they were scheduled to post. It seems to be publishing them at the first available opportunity on the right date, instead of waiting for the right date and time.
It also seems to be affixing the *correct* time to the post, because the post appears with the correct time it was scheduled for, even if the correct time hasn’t arrived yet.
For example: On August 18th at 8:30 AM, I scheduled Example Post was scheduled to post on August 18th at 10:00 AM. Instead, it published it at about 8:32 AM and didn’t wait until 10:00 AM.
I posted another, non-scheduled post at 9:00 AM and it appear under/before the post that was supposed to go up at 10:00 AM. The post that was published at 8:32 by WP Missed Schedule, but not scheduled until 10 AM, stays on top until something is posted after it’s schedule time of 10 AM.
I’m using WP 3.4.1 and WP Missed Schedule 2011.0920.2011 (the latest versions as of today).
