    Do people actually create Plugins or is this some, large, Linux community joke..????
    Did you hear the one about the Dreamweaver/Windows guy who actually tried to create a Plugin ?
    All you can hear is hysterical laughter….

    @bobkinloch, perhaps you want to take a break?

    Please do not bump, that’s not permitted here. It’s not even been an hour, it’s a weekend, and if it’s that urgent please consider hiring someone.

    I will answer my own question:

    Being a windows guy I loaded WAMP2 on my PC and tried again.

    I had to add a line to the beginning of the wpmvc.bat file:

    path=C:\wamp\bin\php\php5.4.3

    to set the path to the PHP directory

    Ps
    Anybody loading WAMP on a new Windows machine who cant get phpMyAdmin to work should:

    at Command Prompt window ping localhost
    reply 127.0.0.1 if you get a reply ::1:

    you need to # out the ::1: entry in the HOST file using Notebook, and you will need un-protect the file in its properties page, sometimes Notepad will add a .txt to the file, rename it in Windows Explorer.

    Re-test with Ping.
