[Plugin: WP No External Links] Several Suggestions

First WP No External Links is a great plugin, thank you !

WP No External Links is somewhat like pretty link, but pretty link is an expensive plugin.

I have these suggestions:
1. Add an redirection option for 301, 302, and javascript. 301 is good to SEO, 302 not, javascript cant handle javascript, so javascript is also good.
2. When I use javascript redirection not 302, When I click the masked links, it will return 404 response, Maybe 200 response is more better.
3. When I use javascript redirection, I dont’t want to display any pages during redirection, just redirect to external page straightly without any notice.
4. Add an option for Include URL. Sometimes I just want to redirect some kinds of external URLs, and keep others .
5. Link separator enhancements. Like wordpress permalink format, Link separator can provide some variables ( like postid or pageid ) or some simple rules to produce more friendly link.
