[Plugin: WP Online Store] shipping issue

This plugin, from what I can tell, only allows a flat rate or table rate (using price or weight) for shipping. I ship by size, so this is a problem. How can I either add an individual shipping cost to each item or use the table rate according to size?

Or, is there another plugin I should be using? (besides the e-commerce one. I don’t like its format)
