[Plugin: WP Open Graph Meta] Adding itemprop= with the same values from property=

This is a great plugin and I want to thank you this way by sharing it with us. Also I want to integrate a few lines with “itemprop=” into this plugin but I don’t know how.

Could you please tell me how can I add

itemprop="url"
itemprop="name"
itemprop="description"

corresponding to

property="og:url"
property="og:title"
property="og:description"

?

Basically I want to copy the same values from og:url, og:title and og:description into itemprop=”url”, itemprop=”name” and itemprop=”description” for post/page. Thank you.
