[Plugin: WP-PageNavi] WP Pagenavi not working with Kippis theme

I am using the Kippis 1.13 theme for my wordpress website.
However even after installing the WP Page navi as per the instructions provided by you. Nothing changes.The pagination style of the theme remains same.
Please help.
