[Plugin: WP-Paginate] Wired ajax stuff going on with wp_paginate output

wp paginate plugin works fine in whole site. But some wired stuff going on in the taxonomy pages.

I am using same loop for output the posts/custom posts in the other pages but those are working fine.

But in taxonomy page some extra classes are adding to the wp_paginate html and braking the functionality.

However, the pagination still works if you write the url in the url bar:
https://lakeview.citystirchicago.com/classifield-category/housing-for-sale/page/2/
