[Plugin: WP Parallax Content Slider] Parallax slider not scrolling

    i cant show the slider i have add this code in my templates
    <?php if ( function_exists( ‘get_wp_parallax_content_slider’ ) ) { get_wp_parallax_content_slider(); } ?>

    and add the post to a category name achievements but there is only space create for it and only i can see next and prev option but no slides and text.
    is this due conflict with other plugins?
    and i also get an error in java script
    TypeError: jQuery(…).cslider is not a function
    current : 1-1
