[Plugin: WP Photo Album Plus] How do contributors uploads pics to the album?

    Did you update to 4.0.7? There was a bug that is fixed in this rev.

    If you did so, what are the symptoms (is there the menu item Upload Photos, is there an errormessage?)

    Thank you for replying so promptly!

    I’m currently using WPPA+ v.4.0.8, and running on current versions of both WordPress and Buddypress. When I log into my ‘contributor’s’ account and go to the dashboard, the only option under the Photo Album menu is Help & Info. I haven’t seen anything pertaining to uploading photos.

    Go as administrator to the photo albums -> settings page and select in Table VII item 5 contributor and save changes.
    If you did this already in a previous version (with the bug still in it) set it first to anything else and save changes and then to contributor and save changes. You then should get an upload menu item when logging in as contributor.
    Make sure that either you do not restrict album access to owners, or you make sure the users who may upload are owner of one or more albums.
