Uncheck Table IV-B10: Remove redundant space

The problem is not removing “Unwanted” tags. The tags that were there have all disappeared.

Update to version 4.7.9.

Check Table IV-B11: Run wpautop on description.
Make sure IV-B10 is unchecked as it would reverse IV-B11
