• If I activate the plugin on a new or pre-existing site, the token and server URL field are automatically filled in with the most recent one saved on any other site.

This is using the plugin on a network install as a simple site plugin not as a multisite network plugin.

It is not really desirable to disclose an auth token, any way to stop it?

    Great plugin otherwise! ??

EDIT: Actually worse than that! It seems the auth is only stored once in the DB, each new token overwrites this. Doesn’t seem to be per blog/site storage. Presume normally it is stored in wp_XX_options in a multisite?

All I can see is a global settings store in wp_sitemeta?

I will remove the plugin, kill the database entries and try again and report back.

No, that didn’t help. It still stores it in only one place. Is this by design? Seems odd that no one could store details to allow any other piwik install and need to use a single auth token for the whole network?
