[Plugin: WP-Polls] Unable to Edit or Add New Polls

I was able to install and activate this plugin, however, I’m unable to save changes made to the existing poll (that came with install) or add a new poll.

After I enter the info and click submit. I get a blank page as a result and “done” in the lower left hand corner of the browser showing the page has completed its action.

Sure enough, when I go to “manage polls”, I don’t see the changes.

Can someone help with this?
