[plugin] wp-postthumbnails admin problems

Hi, when I install WP Post Thumbnails on my local WAMP server, I have trouble with the admin screens.

It seems like the admin UI isn’t getting any css styles applied to it.

I looked at Firefox’s Java error console and I’m getting those warnings.
