[Plugin: WP-Property – WordPress Powered Real Estate and Property Management] Troubleshooting Search

  • Tried to create an account on your forum, but not receiving activation email.

    As of today I am all up to date with the newest release of the plugin. Running latest WordPress.

    During the “search” I always receive the summary of ALL my properties. Set-up a basic search against bedrooms and bathrooms with a dropdown for search input and data input (1,2,3,4). Made sure they were searchable.

    I am testing this on a local installation of Xampp. Set-up the default-property page, also tried custom property page, tried the “search” short code, as well as the widget. I configured the “single family home” property type, as well as tried to make my own.

    However, whenever I try the search it always list ALL of the properties.

    What would be the leading reasons for this so that I can troubleshoot? I have tried this on two fresh installations using both Twenty Ten and Twenty Eleven. Those are pretty standard themes, could it be the themes? I have added no other plug ins.

    I’m testing on new installations trying both the Twenty Ten and Twenty Eleven themes there are no other plug-ins.

    As of yesterday, I actually tested the search on the Denali Theme Demo that is on your website. However, that didn’t seem to work either. It always pulled up ALL the properties no matter what you searched for.

    It seems this may be an issue.

    I have tried to sign-up on your forum, but never receive the activation mail.

    After I have created a new property listing, I clicked on the Properties or All Properties link, but it does not upload, it stays in a loading process but ultimately does not display the properties. What, should I do?

    Please, try to systematically disable other plugins to understand which could caused an issue.

    Thanks for your reply. I have deactivated all the plug in except for the wp property and it still does not display the properties in the Properties or All Properties page of the plug in. When you click on these links to view the properties, it shows a loading bar and it stays loading. Is there anything I must do to the settings of the wp property plug in? What other suggestions you may have?
