[Plugin: WP RSS Multi Importer] Category

Hi,
You need to go the category options page and find the ID number for news..it will be right there next to the word NEWS. Put that number in the shortcode. If NEWS is number 1, then do:

[wp_rss_multi_importer category=”1″]

But the feed items only appears in the Article pages not in the Page pages (in these Page pages the shortcode is not expanded).

PS : The theme is Atahualpa 3.7.7 sous WP 3.4.1.

can you send me a link so I can see what is happening? That’s the only way I can figure out if there is a coding problem.

ok..first trying putting quotes around the ID number like this:

[wp_rss_multi_importer category=”3″]

let me know what happens (I couldn’t do this myself because I didn’t have rights to edit the page)

ok..now make sure you have a category 3 in the admin section.. go to the application settings menu, click on Category Option and confirm that you have a category 3 (look to the right of the name for any category you entered.

Category 3 does exist.

again, since I can’t see the actual page in the backend…then do this..confirm that the code on the page that is not working has been put on the page when the text box is set to HTML (not Visual)..if you entered in Visual mode, shortcode won’t work.
