[Plugin: WP Rss Poster] local caching: media library?

Plugin has the option to cache images on server rather than doing offsite links. Would be nice if it did this through WordPress’s media library.
(want to be able to set featured image on posts we publish, so need them in the library to do so.)
Any chance of adding this?
