[Plugin: wp secure] Uploaded images don’t show up

I installed WP Secure yesterday and run some processes including

Restrict access to wp-config.php file
Restrict access to wp-includes folder

Restrict access to wp-content folder

I didn’t upgrade to WP 2.9.2 because I’m still using the TDO Mini Forms plugin which is incompatible to current WP version.

But it made all my uploaded image files that attached to the posts can’t be seen by public. They are only showing up to me as administrator. Only cached images which stored by timthumb.php are showing up on home page.

I had tried to Undo, but nothing happened. The Undo button don’t work.

I have also tried to uncheck above processes and clicked Enhance Now. They were unchecked, but still, uploaded images don’t show up to public.

On the Security Report of WP Secure dashboard I also see this message:
You have completed 8 out of 23 recommended security changes.

You have the newest wordpress version.

Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_plugin_updates() in /home/mitrakre/public_html/tangsel.info/wp-content/plugins/wp-secure-by-sitesecuritymonitorcom/wpSecureFunctions.php on line 402

Will uninstalling WP Secure plugin restore my site? Or is there any manual steps to restore them? Any helps are greatly appreciated. Thanks
