[Plugin: WP SES] Additional plugin setup info

After performing the steps outlined in the plugin installation notes and FAQ:
Make sure to go to https://aws-portal.amazon.com/gp/aws/html-forms-controller/contactus/SESAccessRequest (in US) to request your SES account be pulled out of the sandbox and into production mode. Until you complete this step, you can only send email to confirmed addresses. Confirmation should take <24 hrs. Don’t spam.
