[Plugin: wp-simplemeetingconfirmation] Great plugin, but…

Yes, seems to be a nice ‘first step’ for a great plugin. I found no alternatives. We could join together and go ahead developping… any one interested?

I would LOVE a plugin like this that had front end usability. I’m not a programmer, but i’m decent with .css

If someone wanted to take the lead on it, i’d be happy to help.

I’m using SMC for almost 2 years now. Works like a charm after some troubleshooting done by the author himself. As I can see it doesn’t work anymore properly either with WP3.5 or the twenty-twelve theme.
@faina09: I’m an absolute noob in programming but it would be a pleasure for me to support development of this plugin wherever I can. Testing, translating, whatever…
I tried to get in contact with Frederic (the author) again but didn’t get any reaction.

I developed a rater similar plugin, but – as I developed it for MY purposes only – it is probably not so user friendly as this one, and is in Italian only.
For this reasons I decided not to publish it. But if you want you can download it on my site, test it and suggest me the modification needed to make it public.

I was able to fix the issues I had with this plugin. Especially the issue of users not being able to register even if the expires on date was not reached. You can see it on the other support topics.

It’s good to have a fix; I followed a different way a developed a similar plugin that support multiple events, and planned to do an extensive users support for new features.
