For working best the plugin needs some hook to place in the links. I don’t know your theme yet. If it has any hooks at the top or bottom we can get this to work!

You could tell me the hooks and I tweak the code for you to place all css in your style.css and 2 lines of code in your functions.php.

If the theme has no hooks then I can’t to that much for you…

You can also try to experiment yourself a bit – the principle is the following:
Take the css rules from the css file and place in your style.css or your custom style area of the theme/child theme. Then take other code – the part within the divs – from the php file and add it to your theme – at the bottom or top (footer or header template file). This should do it also and then you could remove the plugin.
