[Plugin: WP Sliding Login | Register Panel] Not Compatible with Buddypress

Can you please tell me what issue you are having with this plugin and BuddyPress? Can you provide example for me to see? If you can do this, I’m sure I can get this working for you.

Yes! Please… please help, I want this plugin so badly.

I have a site installed with Buddypress plugin. The issues:

1. After activating WP Sliding Login, the Buddypress admin bar becomes static (can’t click on it).

2. WP Sliding Login bar overlaps Buddpress admin bar too, unless I change the css/color of WSL. Another problem is WSL will disappear while scrolling down the site.

3. WSL register button doesn’t direct to BP registration page. How to link it to BP registration page. I have actually enable ‘BuddyPress to WordPress profile syncing’.

Well in order to figure this out can you enable our modification on your website so I can view this myself and see what the issue is? I believe the only issue you are still having is mainly with CSS and I will have to look at the registration that its going to. WSL will disappear when scrolling it should only be at the very top of the site. It’s not static depending on scrolling. But again I can probably make that happen for you. It’s another CSS modification. Let me know.

I will have the plugin activated at the following time (less visitor time):
10 to 11 am Sunday April 15, 2012 in America/Los_Angeles

However, you need to have an account to view the problem as the issue will only appear after logging in to the site (BP dashboard will only appear after a member log in).

Hence, should I create a temp account for you but how can I give you the password? Email to you? Or you would like to sign up a temp account yourself? Which is more convenient for you?

I am also wanting to use this plugin, but have no idea how to get it working? What am I meant to do after installing and activating the plugin. I cant find any information advising this and I really want to use this plugin on my website.

jesse24 – go to WP Sliding Login | Register Panel and look under FAQs. If you can’t get it working. Please enable on your website and let me know once enabled and provide me admin access and ftp access by submitting a contact for at The Factory LLC. Then I can see whats going on.

@thefactory, please help solve Buddypress and WP Sliding Login problem. They do not go well with each other. Rather than waiting and matching for the plugin ‘enabled’ time, could you install the Buddypress plugin to your WP website and investigate the CSS solution.
