    Hello,

I have had SlimStats installed about 5 months.

The charts have stopped working for me. I use FF however it will not show up on Chrome or IE.

I have made sure browser and all add-on’s are up to date. I am using Win7 professional. FF 14.0.1 or Chrome 21.0.1180.60 or IE 9.0.9 I do not know if it would make a difference however I have satellite internet.

I have cleared all cache, cookies & history. deactived plugin, restarted computer, and ran antivirus & malware after restarting computer.

    None of the above worked.

Any suggestions on how to fix this? Is this a problem on my end.

You can contact me at bookreviews [at] bunnysreview [dot] com

    Thanks

More and more people are reporting that charts work just fine after flushing their browsers’ caches. Would you be able to try and do the same? If that still doesn’t solve the problem, please post your computer’s information (os, browser version, etc).

    Thank you

PS: if it DOES work, a vote for my plugin would be a nice way to say thank you.

Thank you for the plugin. Just thought you should know that chart function and data has also diappeared after updating today. Tried viewing in Firefox 14 / Explorer 7/8/9 / Safari / Chrome, and used xp / windows 7 and Apple variations. Using w3-total cache, flushed all caches, and trying the function of offloading js scripts to cdn as offered in control panel just in case another plug-in script is causing this.

Other than that it seems to be working as before. Would be nice to be able to print some of the reporting data (here’s where you tell me you can ??

    Thanks

Clearing the cash of the browser (in my case Chrome) did the trick and the chart is showing again.

    Thanks !

@fredwier, thank you for reporting back! A vote for my plugin would be a nice way to say thank you.

    I will !

    Hi,

    Problem resolved thanks.

w3 total cache not flushing database, and in Firefoz 14, no script block, adjusted.

Working fine now and I can see all three visitors a day again… Please build a plug-in to draw in more traffic…then your end-user stat charts will work even better, or at least mine will ??

Always facinating that slimstats reported keywords and the big G vary greatly. But then again Big G analytics reports differently from Big G’s own webmaster tools.

    Thanks again

@hiflyman, thank you for your detailed report. I’ll think about a plug-in to draw more traffic to your site ?? Right now I’m working with some friends on a time travel plugin eheh.

Hey, a vote for my plugin would be a nice way to say thank you.

    Cheers,
