    Hi there,

have you tried to deactivate and re-activate WP SlimStat? If it works, a vote for my plugin would be greatly appreciated!

Hi – I did that, and some of the data came back. But in Spy View, when I click on “more,” I can only see September 1 and 2. There’s no data before or since (and the previous months’ data seems to be lost). It’s the same in Raw Data – only September 1 and 2.

I’ve de-activated and re-activated both the Slimstat and Dashboard Slimstat plugins I have. I’ve cleared the cache / cookies, restarted my browser, and tried it in both Chrome and Firefox… no luck. Anything else I can do?

    Thanks –

No data is removed by the plugin when you upgrade to the new version. The only way for me to troubleshoot the issue is to take a look at it. Would that be an option for you?

Yes, that would be great, thank you! How can you do that? I don’t know how to give you access to the installed plugin.

I’ve been having the same issue, and after turning on and off plug-ins, looks like the plugin Feed Subscriber Stats, Version 3.0.6 was keeping Slimstat from working on my site. Deactivated it, and now have data and charts in Slimstat. Just gave Slimstat 5 stars! ??

Good point, I hadn’t thought about a conflict with another plugin…

    Camu

    Hi Camu…Great Plug in! ??
    Having trouble though in 3.2.1
I have deactivated all potential conflicting plug ins and deactivated and reactivated Slimstat and still nothing shows. Not even when I filter to other months or days….
I did not originally install this. Is it a big hassle to uninstall and then reinstall…Not sure how to do this.
Thanks in advance for your help…

Well, the plugin comes with an uninstall functionality that removes all the data and tables from the database, so it’s not really a “big hassle” to uninstall ?? Are you using WP SuperCache or similar caching mechanisms?

    Camu

Not worried about uninstalling, just the installing it back in ??
I don’t think I am…I don’t have any plug ins that say anything about caching…
I deactivated Google analytics thinking that might interfere but no luck

Okay, what’s the URL of your site? I’d like to take a look at the souce code ??

    Camu

    Great….Thank you for that…

I don’t see in the source code at

    https://tappingdaily.org/site/

a reference to the javascript which is supposed to monitor your visitors. The tracking code, in other words, is not executed at all. You may want to take a look at your log files and see if you can get some clues there.

Have you configured anything special in the filters?

    Camu

Not at all…Truthfully, I’m not sure what I am doing just yet. I am just becoming familiar with WP. That’s why I asked if it was difficult to install or not because I was afraid that I might have to resort to that…:(

I see. Well, no it’s not difficult at all. In general it works fine out of the box, after you perform the famous “one click installation” ??
