Weird, because from my test the visit was properly tracked, both with Chrome and IE9. Do you use a caching plugin like WP SuperCache?

Just double checked and no I don’t. I am using Stat on several sites and it shows nothing in the Summary, on the Visitors tab, plus the blue line never moves. I get traffic for unique IPs. The SPY view has never showed anything. No screen resolution…etc. I really like your plugin and not worried about screen resolution, but when people say they visit and the only way I know that they did is to see the unique IP move. I never see green no matter where I look.

I get the same results on viewing the dashboard if I use Firefox or IE.

Error 500. It’s usually because of some file permission issue, but I’d double check with my provider if I was you.

By the way, version 2.7 partially addresses this by reducing the dependency from Javascript for tracking “human” visitors…

Is 2.7 out I only see 2.6 on the downloads page.

Thanks for the help and I did rank you at 5. My provider is strange can I change that script to point the way it should without any problems? Plus will I need to do that if I download 2.7?

Yes, you can move that script to a different folder, but you will need to edit its first rows to update the relative ‘position’ of wp-config. Also, go to Settings > General and update the path in there, too.

Hi, just an update! Very excited here! I never got around to doing the moving in order to get the human stats to show in all respects. But I did download your update to 2.7. It took a little while for things to start showing but human visits work now as well as spyview. Which is really, really cool. Thank you so much!
