That’s weird, nothing has changed from that point of view since, I guess, version 2.0.something ??

Anyway, one of the next versions will use JQuery instead of Flash, so you should not experience any problems with FF anymore.

Or you can use a better browser, like Safari or Chrome ??

Jokes aside, what version were you using before the upgrade?

    Any feedback?

I had the same problem and ended up having to uninstall and install again…but I’ve lost all my one year of data. Can you please help me recover that, I have it backed up. Many thanks

    Hi Jafo,

what version were you using before the upgrade? Also, did you deactivate/activate the plugin after the upgrade per installation instructions?

    Camu

Sorry, not the same issue, but maybe a realated issue (searched and found the posts from letykemp, and didn’t read the start of the thread..)
I got only numbers, all other data gives “No data to display”.
    Traffic graphs are OK
    IE8 and Firefox.

No problem. Could you please answer my questions?

    Thanks,
    Camu

Tried deactivate/activate. Seems like other data is gathering again, but no search data (yet)
Doesn’t have to much traffic from google, so not sure if its a bug or just isn’t anything to display ??

Someone might try to google for “bregnefaret24” to create som data?
Byggeblog for Bregnefaret 24 – bregnefaret24.b?ler?sen.no/ is my site

Hi Camu, thanks for your reply (and also for a great plug-in!!)

I was actually using the latest version of the plug-in which I automatically upgraded when prompted by WordPress a few months ago. Then I upgraded WordPress to 3.1.3 and started having the SlimStats problems I mentioned above.

    Many thanks

    Hi Lety,

as every good plugin should do, during the UNINSTALL process, all the information is removed from the database to free up some space and not leave any garbage around ?? If you have a SQL export of this data, just import it back using phpmyadmin, this should solve your issue. You must reimport all the 6 tables (if single install, not multisite) and use the existing indexing sequence. Please let me know if you have questions.

    Camu
