My wordpress is installed in its own directory (e.g. domain.com/blog/). I use .htaccess on the root level to direct traffic to /blog/

In SlimStat’s sidebar, under “Config”, all the tabs at the top (“General”, “Views”, etc.) have the correct URL — domain.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wp-slimstat/options/index.php&slimpanel=2

Only the domain is needed in the path here because the redirection has been taken care of by .htaccess, so it works perfectly here.

However, if I go to the actual SlimStat dashboard to view the graphs & data, the first tab (“Dashboard”) works fine, but when I click on other tabs I would be redirected to my login page, because the tabs are incorrectly linked to — domain.com/blog/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wp-slimstat/options/index.php&slimpanel=2

It created a loop (it’s essentially going to domain.com/blog/blog/ and prevented other tabs from loading. Please help!

Your configuration is all messed up, my friend. You shouldn’t use .htaccess to redirect to the right URL… WP SlimStat uses WordPress default values to generate those URL’s.

Ahh upon closer inspection of my config and the documentations, you’re right. The .htaccess was an ancient relic that was left over from my blog setup a long time ago, somehow I missed that.

Thanks for pointing it out, and I changed my vote for this plugin to “it works” ?? Keep up the great work and support!
