[Plugin: WP Smush.it] Can not find the image

I have the same issue on some of my files.

Any other unput, people?

Similar problem here, but I get the error:

“Smush.it error: Could not get the image”

I wonder if it’s a conspiracy.

I can see what’s happening – it’s changing the smushed file’s permissions to #600

Does anyone have a fix for the permissions issue?

I ran into the issue when I changed hosts. The issue turned out to be with suPHP. Once that was enabled on my new host, everything worked as expected.

Ok, sounds promising. So, for us less gifted, what do we do how?

Contact your host for details. My host was the one that suggested suPHP. I had no knowledge of it beforehand.

It’s working again. What is the voodoo magic?

I’ve just published version 1.3.2. I’d be grateful to anyone who could give it a try and let me know if things are working now.

Intermittent errors on different sites/servers/setups leads me to believe it’s an issue on yahoo’s end.

If there was any way to log a more detailed error, I would be more than happy to supply that if it occurs again.

Same “Could not …” error for me…

The ‘Could not find…’ message should have a file’s path at the end of it. Can you post that?
