    I’m getting the same error (Cannot redeclare class services_json….) when I try to upload a new image. I’m also getting that same error message if I try to optimize an existing image. I’m using WordPress version 2.9.1.

    @andyhowardidau and @digital_k I’m about to release a fix for that JSON error. I ran into the same issue described on this Trac ticket.

    Let me know if you have any other issues.

    I am getting the same eveytime i try to smush a pic.

    How do i get it working. i am using Version 1.2.8 with wp 2.9.2

    Hello – I’d love to use this plugin, but I keep getting:

    Error downloading file (Found)

    Anyone know how to resolve this?

    This plugin isn’t working with Smush.it, never been able to make it work with any version. Just get an “Error posting to Smush.it” message.

    It’s probably Yahoo! messing it all up again which is a massive shame as this would be awesome if it worked.

    Simple fix for me…

    Edit wp-smushit.php and change the SMUSHIT_REQ_URL and SMUSHIT_BASE_URL from https://smushit.com to https://www.smushit.com.

    Yahoo is just doing a redirect, and it seems to break the plugin. It’s like they’re toying with us. =P

    I had same error
    staze is right, just add www. to the address.

    My error messages on this plugin disappeared when I changed hosting company. I would say that was odd, but since everything about the Hosts from Hell was bad, it doesn’t wholly surprise me that things that looked broken were suddenly fixed by moving…
