[Plugin: WP-SNAP EXT!] Exclude categories

There’s a great plugin that creates an alphabetical listing of posts
https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/wp-snap-extended/It works perfectly, but does anybody know how to exclude certain post categoies from the index?
And change in menu “#” to “0-9”? Really can’t find it :((
