[Plugin: WP Socializer] Retweet on blog index page issue

On the blog index page, the Retweet button only passes the URL of the post and not the title of the post. Instead, it passes the blog title and post URL. In contrast, the Twitter button for AddThis passes both correctly. This is a minor issue, but I’m forced to not use the Retweet button and use the AddThis button instead.

Very nice plugin otherwise. Thanks and keep up the good work.
